Online Orders and Payment
These are the general steps you can follow during your shopping journey with us:

- Check your order details
- Confirm your shopping cart
- Provide your shipping address and billing information
- Select payment options and finalise payment
- Upon successful transaction, an order confirmation email will be sent to your email

All prices stated are in SGD currency.
Delivery is free of charge for all orders.
Sorry, we currently only deliver within the country.
The time taken for your order to arrive will be dependent on the products. Please refer to the individual product listing for the estimated delivery time.
To enquire about the status of your order, you may check your order status under your account.
If you are unavailable for the appointed delivery slot, you can authorise someone to receive the goods on your behalf. Do note that you will have to ensure that the authorised person checks the condition of the delivered item before signing off. Any issues with the delivered item must be reported to the delivery personnel and noted down on the delivery order which will be returned to us for records or further investigation.
We will not accept any discrepancies reported after the delivery and after the delivery order has been signed.
Unfortunately, we do not have self-collection services available at the moment. Sorry!
Yes, most of our products come assembled. Please refer to the individual product listing for more details.
Post-order and Returns
No amendment or cancellation can be done once the order and services are paid and confirmed. Please call us at 6898 2272 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
You will need to email us at email@example.com and provide a detailed description of fault and photos (or video, where appropriate) showing the damage or fault. We will reply you within 3 business days.

The warranty and its coverage is dependent on the individual products. You can check the warranty and coverage of the product you are interested in/purchased under the individual product description.
The Furniture Mall
We are located at 10 Toh Guan Road #01-40, Singapore 608838 and we are open from 11.30am to 9pm daily.
Getting here via public transport:
- Bus: You can get here via several buses by alighting at the respective bus stops as follows:
- MRT: The nearest MRT station is Jurong East MRT Station (NS1/EW24). Take Exit B and walk throughout the pavement after the bridge & ramp and cross the zebra crossing. Walk toward the direction of T-junction and our mall will be in front of you.
Getting here via car:
- At the PIE Entrance, take exit 30 to merge into Toh Guan Road.
- Turn left and to stay on Toh Guan Road and The Furniture Mall will be on your right.
