Service Availability

This website is only intended for use by people residing in Singapore. Orders or deliveries outside of Singapore is currently unavailable.

Product Information

All the products and information featured on this site are provided by vendors.  TFM reserves the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies at any time, including after an order has been placed.

Colours of products displayed are set as accurately as possible though actual product may appear with slight variation due to lightings as well as due to different screens and displays.

Order Process

Upon placing an order, an acknowledgement e-mail will be sent to the purchaser’s indicated email address.  Orders will then be redirected to the individual vendors who will handle the delivery and after sales service directly.

The onus is on the customer to check if the information regarding the product(s) purchase is correct before making payment.  The Furniture Mall is not obligated to fulfil the revised order should there be any changes 24 hours after payment has been transacted. In the event of delivery of an item ordered wrongly by customer, customer may be subjected to any charges incurred as a result of replacement.


Payment in FULL is required after selecting payment option when checking out of orders.

Payments accepted includes PayNow QR, Credit Card and WeChatPay payments. 

Product Delivery

Items ordered through The Furniture Mall website will be handled directly by the Vendor indicated in the product listing. Different products may be subjected to different delivery timeline, as indicated in the product listing.

Delivery of items purchased are based on the availability of reasonable access.  Buyers are required to check that doorways, passageways, staircases or lifts leading to delivery location are within product dimension. Product dimensions are found in the Product Information page on the website. Additional surcharges may be imposed if there are no direct lift access or requiring items to be carried up stairways or with equipment assistance.

Deliveries to Jurong Port/Island & Sentosa may also be subjected to additional surcharge

The Furniture Mall will not be held liable for late deliveries as these can be impacted by many factors and items purchased will be shipped out by the individual vendors. However, we will work with you to make your delivery a smooth one. 

Return, Refunds and Warranty Policy

The return, refund and warranty policies vary across different products and vendors. Please refer to the individual product listing for the respective information.
