Online Orders and Payment
How do I place an order?
These are the general steps you can follow during your shopping journey with us:
1. Choose your product, select the variations (if any), select quantity and add to cart
2. Check your order details
3. Confirm your shopping cart
4. Provide your shipping address and billing information
5. Select payment options and finalise payment
6. Upon successful transaction, an order confirmation email will be sent to your email
What kind of furniture and furnishing do you carry?
We carry different brands of quality furniture from all of Singapore Furniture Association members. We offer a wide array of furniture and furnishing for you to choose from to meet all your needs from sofas to bed frames to laundry systems and many more.
Do you have a showroom in Singapore?
No, we are currently focused on this online store at the moment.
What prices are you using?
All prices stated are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) currency.
Delivery
How much are the delivery charges?
Delivery is free of charge for all orders. However, additional surcharges may be imposed if there are no direct lift access or requiring items to be carried up stairways or with equipment assistance. Deliveries to Jurong Port/Island & Sentosa may also be subjected to additional surcharge.
Do you deliver outside Singapore?
Sorry, we currently only deliver within the country.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
The time taken for your order to arrive will be dependent on the products. Please refer to the individual product listing for the estimated delivery time.
How can I track my order?
To enquire about the status of your order, you may check your order status under your account.
What if I am unavailable for the appointed delivery slot?
If you are unavailable for the appointed delivery slot, you can reschedule or authorise someone to receive the goods on your behalf. Do note that you will have to ensure that the authorised person checks the condition of the delivered item before signing off. Any issues with the delivered item must be reported to the delivery personnel and noted down on the delivery order which will be returned to us for records or further investigation.
We will not accept any discrepancies reported after the delivery and after the delivery order has been signed.
Can I order online and self-collect in-store?
Unfortunately, we do not have self-collection services available at the moment.
Assembly
Do your products come assembled?
Yes, most of our products come assembled. Please refer to the individual product listing for more details. Installation fees may apply for some products.
Post-order and Returns
How do I amend or cancel an order after it has been placed?
No amendment or cancellation can be done once the order and services are paid and confirmed. Please call us at 6898 2272 or email us at info@thefurnituremall.com.sg
What should I do if I received a defective product?
You will need to email us at info@thefurnituremall.com.sg and provide a detailed description of fault and photos (or video, where appropriate) showing the damage or fault. We will reply you within 3 business days.
Can I request for a refund if I do not like the item I received?
Please refer to the return policy under the individual product listing.
Is there warranty for the orders I buy and what is the warranty coverage?
The warranty and its coverage is dependent on the individual products. You can check the warranty and coverage of the product you are interested in/purchased under the individual product description.
