Terms and Conditions

By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge to the following terms:

 

Orders

1.1. By placing an order on our website, you agree to purchase the selected product(s) under these Terms & Conditions.

 

1.2. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

 

1.3. Order confirmation will be sent via email once payment has been successfully processed.

 

1.4. Prices listed at the time of order are final. Promotions, discounts, or vouchers cannot be applied after an order is placed.

 

1.5. The onus is on the customer to check if the information regarding the product(s) purchase is correct before making payment.  The Furniture Mall is not obligated to fulfil the revised order should there be any changes 24 hours after payment has been transacted. In the event of delivery of an item ordered wrongly by customer, customer may be subjected to any charges incurred as a result of replacement.

 

 

 

Delivery

2.1. Delivery timelines provided are estimates only and may vary due to courier schedules, stock availability, or unforeseen delays.

 

2.2. Standard delivery coverage applies to addresses within Singapore. For remote or restricted areas, additional charges or longer lead times may apply.

 

2.3. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.

 

2.4. Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

 

2.5. Delivery of items purchased are based on the availability of reasonable access.  Buyers are required to check that doorways, passageways, staircases or lifts leading to delivery location are within product dimension. Product dimensions are found in the Product Information page on the website. Additional surcharges may be imposed if there are no direct lift access or requiring items to be carried up stairways or with equipment assistance.

 

2.6. Deliveries to Jurong Port/Island & Sentosa may also be subjected to additional surcharge

 

 

 

Returns & Refunds

3.1. We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

 

3.2. Certain items (e.g., clearance, sale, or customized products) are non-returnable unless defective.

 

3.3. To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service team at info@thefurnituremall.com.sg with the order number and reason for return.

 

3.4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

 

3.5. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Refunds will be made via the original payment method.

 

3.6. In cases of product defects or incorrect items, we will offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

 

 

 

Order Cancellations & Changes

4.1. Orders may be cancelled or modified within 48 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped.

 

4.2. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. Customers may instead request a return after delivery under the Returns Policy.

 

 

 

General

5.1. We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page.

 

5.2. Your continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

 

5.3. This website is only intended for use by people residing in Singapore. Orders or deliveries outside of Singapore is currently unavailable.
